The National Park of Aigüestortes and Estany de Sant Maurici is a very important attraction in the area. It has a high mountain landscape and its relief has peaks as high as 3000 meters. Its fauna and vegetation are very interesting. The most important element in the park is water as there are more than 200 lakes and small rivers all around the area.
